LIFETIME STRUCTURAL WARRANTY: Your shell is warranted against water loss due to defects in workmanship and materials for the life of the spa

7-YEAR SURFACE WARRANTY: The spa's acrylic surface is warranted not to blister, peel or delaminate for 7 years from the date of purchase

5-YEAR EQUIPMENT & PLUMBING WARRANTY: The electronic controls (spa pack and topside panel), heater assembly, jet pumps, circulation pump, hydrotherapy jets, air injectors, thru-wall fittings and glue/silicone joints are warranted for 5 years from the date of purchase.

5-YEAR CABINET WARRANTY: The Tri-Lam Cabinet is warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials against peeling delaminating and splitting for 5 years from the date of purchase.

1-YEAR COMPONENT WARRANTY: The ozonator, air blower, pump seals, LED light system components, and audio system components are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from the date of purchase. Spa Thermal Covers, cover lifters and other supplied products are not covered under this warranty but covered by their respective manufacturer's warranty, included with the product. Filter cartridges, spa light bulbs/lenses, fuses, filter lids and headrests are warranted to be in good condition at time of purchase.

EXTENT OF WARRANTY: This Warranty applies to spas made after June 1, 2009, sold for residential use only by an authorized Stonewood Spa Representative. Spas used in any commercial, rental or club setting voids warranty. Date of purchase is defined is the earlier of a)the actual date of purchase or b)six months after the date of manufacture, which is determined by the serial number of the date shown on the certification plate.

CONDITIONS AND LIMITATIONS OF WARRANTY: This warranty is void if the spa has been subjected to misuse, abuse, alteration, improper installation, improper chemical use, improper maintenance, punctures, acts of God, or if any repairs have been attempted by anyone other than authorized by Stonewood Spas.
Abuse and misuse will include (but not be limited to) damage caused by:

  1. Leaving the spa uncovered while the spa is empty of water.
  2. Improper handling of the spa during transporting and set up/installation.
  3. Operation of the spa at a water temperature outside of the range of 35F to 104F (2C to 40C)
  4. Improper use of chemicals or unbalanced water, such as pH, calcium hardness, total alkalinity or sanitizer.
  5. Operation of the spa outside of the specified voltage requirements. (230Volts +/- 10%)
  6. Voltage spikes or "brown out" conditions.
  7. Rodents or other animals.
  8. Unapproved sanitizers such as calcium hydrochloride, sodium hydrochloride, "tri-chlor" type chlorine's or any sanitizing chemical that may remain un-dissolved on the spa surface.
  9. Freeze damage.
  10. The purchase invoice has not been paid in full to Stonewood Spas.

This warranty takes the place of all other warranties, express or implied, in fact or at law, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

WARRANTY LABOR COVERAGE: Labor is covered for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase, with the following exceptions:

  • Parts only - Ozonators, Pump seals, Pressure switch, Jet internals, LED system components, Audio system components and Cabinet components.
  • Parts only - Components which have an "at the time of purchase" warranty.
  • 90 days - Heater assemblies.
  • There is no labor coverage for time required to gain access to the spa.

Warranty service includes a service call reimbursement to the service technician. Additional travel charges may apply if you live beyond the normal servicing area of the authorized service technician. Check with Stonewood Spas.

WARANTY PERFORMANCE: Contact Stonewood Spas, either in writing or in person, within 10 days of the problem arising. Use all reasonable means to protect the spa from further damage. You notice must include:

  1. The spa serial number (located on the spa's metal rating plate mounted on the cabinet)
  2. A thorough description of the problem.
  3. Photographs of the problem (if applicable).

Stonewood Spas reserves the right to inspect any warranty claim on location or at its manufacturing facility as deemed necessary. Warranty parts carry the balance of the unexpired warranty only. Replacement spa warranty will be equal to the balance, if any, remaining on the original spa.

DISCLAMERS: There shall be no additional warranty or obligation, expressed, implied or statutory. In no event shall Stonewood Spas, its agents or employees, be liable for injury to any persons or any claim for damage, however it shall arise. All expenses including loss of use, labor, materials, chemicals, water, removal and re-installation cost, access transportation charges, damages or contingent liabilities arising out of any alleged deficiencies of the spa are specifically excluded. For the purpose of this warranty, lifetime is defined as the reasonable life expectancy of the spa.

There is a component warranty. Only the defective component qualifies for warranty coverage. The liability of Stonewood Spas under this limited warranty shall not exceed the original amount paid to Stonewood Spas for the defective product. There is no warranty coverage on any spa or component not fully paid for to Stonewood Spas. Proof of purchase and payment may be required. Stonewood Spas reserves the right to repair or replace a defective component.
